- Meat from 2 cooked 1.5-lb lobsters, cubed
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 2 tsp. (10 ml) fresh dill, chopped
- Juice of ¼ lemon
- 3 tbsp. (45 ml) mayonnaise (homemade or store-bought)
- Flesh of 1 avocado, cubed
- 4 hot dog buns, toasted
- In a bowl, mix the lobster meat with the green onions, celery, dill, lemon juice, mayonnaise and cubed avocado.
- Fill the hot dog buns with the mixture and serve.
