- 1 loaf of sourdough bread
- ½ cup of labneh or Quark cheese
- 1 iceberg lettuce (cut in 4 slices)
- 2 red tomatoes
- 1 yellow tomato
- Montreal Steak Seasoning, to taste
- 8 slices of bacon
- 2 avocados, thickly sliced
- Slice and toast 8 slices of sourdough bread.
- Spread 4 slices of labneh and add 1 slice of iceberg lettuce on each slice of bread.
- Then garnish them with red and yellow tomato slices, season them with Montreal Steak spices, add bacon and avocado and close the sandwiches with the remaining toasted slices of bread.
