  • 1 loaf of sourdough bread
  • ½ cup of labneh or Quark cheese
  • 1 iceberg lettuce (cut in 4 slices)
  • 2 red tomatoes
  • 1 yellow tomato
  • Montreal Steak Seasoning, to taste
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 2 avocados, thickly sliced


  1. Slice and toast 8 slices of sourdough bread.
  2. Spread 4 slices of labneh and add 1 slice of iceberg lettuce on each slice of bread.
  3. Then garnish them with red and yellow tomato slices, season them with Montreal Steak spices, add bacon and avocado and close the sandwiches with the remaining toasted slices of bread.
