Greek-Style Avocado Hummus

Hummus
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 avocados
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 10 drops of hot sauce
- 4 tablespoons avocado oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon mountain oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Garnish
- 1 tablespoon red onion, minced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 5 black olives, chopped
- Feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation
- Mix all of the hummus ingredients in a food processor to a smooth texture.
- Transfer the hummus to a plate and garnish with tomatoes, onion, olives, feta cheese and olive oil.
