Grilled Corn and Avocado Salsa

  • 1½ cups corn
  • 1 large avocado, mashed or small cubes
  • ¾ cup fresh tomato, finely chopped
  • ⅓ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • Juice from half a lime
  • 3 tbsp. fresh jalapeños, seeded, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 1 tbsp. hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Season to taste
  • Dash of chili flakes


  1. Into a medium-sized bowl add all your ingredients. Stir till well combined and enjoy immediately. Serve with chips!
  2. If you want to make this ahead of time combine everything but the avocado and add them at the last minute so they stay nice, fresh and green!
