  • ½ cup (125 ml) ricotta cheese
  • 1 tbsp. (15 ml) fresh tarragon, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. (15 ml) fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp. (5 ml) honey
  • 2 bagels, halved and toasted
  • 2 avocados, peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • Splash of lemon juice
  • Splash of olive oil
  • Pinch of cracked pink peppercorns
  • Pinch of chives


  1. In a bowl, whisk ricotta with tarragon, chives, and honey.
  2. Place bagel halves on a work surface and spread with cheese.
  3. Top each bagel with half an avocado, sliced, drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil, and finish with cracked pink peppercorns and chives.
