Ranch Avocado Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) sour cream
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) milk
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 10 ml (2 tsp.) red wine vinegar
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Using a food processor, blend all the ingredients until a smooth texture is obtained.
  2. Serve the dip with veggies, crackers, bread and breadsticks!
