- 2 avocados
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) sour cream
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) milk
- Juice from half a lemon
- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
- 10 ml (2 tsp.) red wine vinegar
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Using a food processor, blend all the ingredients until a smooth texture is obtained.
- Serve the dip with veggies, crackers, bread and breadsticks!
