- 4 avocados, sliced into wedges
- 1 Thai chili pepper, finely chopped
- 1 chili pepper, sliced
- Juice from 2 limes
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) fresh coriander, finely chopped
- In a bowl (or large mortar), use a fork to crush the avocado with the chili peppers, lime juice and garlic.
- Season and add the fresh coriander. Mix and serve.
