- 3 avocados
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tomato, seeded and diced
- ¼ jalapeño pepper, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 shot (3 Tbsp.) of tequila (ideally Mezcal)
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Coriander for garnish
- Using a fork, crush the avocado in a bowl.
- Add all the other ingredients and mix.
