Spicy Guacamole

  • 4 avocados, sliced into wedges
  • 1 Thai chili pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 chili pepper, sliced
  • Juice from 2 limes
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) fresh coriander, finely chopped


  1. In a bowl (or large mortar), use a fork to crush the avocado with the chili peppers, lime juice and garlic.
  2. Season and add the fresh coriander. Mix and serve.
